How much does it cost to hire the hall
Casual hall hire can cost as little as $450
Long term hire rates by negotiation.
The security deposit is $800,
You should allow 14 days for refund processing after your event
Can I hire the hall between September and April (the sailing season)?
The club is used by the members during the day on most Saturdays and some Sundays throughout the sailing season but can be made available afterwards by negotiation.
How quickly will I receive a reply to my booking enquiry?
As our Club is run by volunteers, response to your request can take up to 7 days
What type of functions can I hold?
Training workshops
Community workshops
Conferences
The hall is also available for weddings and parties with a cerfew of 11pm.
Unfortunately we no longer hire for 18th or 21st events (or similar).
If your function creates excessive noise, this may result in the loss of your deposit.
Hirers must respect our neighbours at all times.

Can I also set up something outside the club on the foreshore?
Yes but the foreshore is managed by LakeMac Council - Bookings can be made at https://www.lakemac.com.au/Venues/Booragul-Foreshore-Reserve
